To control each product from its origin to its commercialization, assurance measures are established in the orchards and suppliers through Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) programs and GLOBAL GAP certifications for agricultural products. Also, programs for agricultural management and production are considered, which include the application of chemicals with special care for the environment, and programs in accordance with the restrictions of each consumer market.
In the processing plant, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are applied, along with HACCP, ISO 9001, and BRC programs, as well as Kosher and Ecocert certifications for organic products.
