We invite you to review the first Annual Report of our company, created in the second half of the year 2022, an initiative that reflects a strategic step in a priority sector for our country, such as the food industry.
With the acquisition of a 65% stake in Valle Frío SpA, Nutrisco S.A. added a new subsidiary in an industry where we were not present before, namely the frozen fruit industry.
The company concluded 2022 in a leading position in the frozen fruit industry in Chile, reaching the most demanding retail chains worldwide, surpassing 15,000 points of sale where its products are displayed in destination countries.
